ricksguitarnewsIn the last couple of weeks we’ve seen some great international guitarists pass through Sydney. Oscar Guzman gave a great Flamenco concert at the Sydney conservatorium of music.
Izhar Elias has also been touring with his 1812 C. Guadagnini guitar. As well as playing period music Izhar also plays chamber music and purchased one of
Kim Lissarrague’s new lattice braced guitars. Kim is definitely the maker to watch. He is in his early 20’s. Izhar chose Kim’s guitar over many other great Australian guitars many of which were more than twice the price of the Lissarrague.
